A dormant makeup brand came back to life with a full digital rebuild, sharper branding, and steady month-over-month sales growth.

Overview

Omni and Aura had an existing audience and product line, but after transferring hands it needed help. The high the site was riding from algorithmic favor was fading and needed a brand revamp as the business got back on it's feet. Through a full website rebuild, refreshed branding assets, SEO improvements, and hands-on event support the company was able to re-establish its identity and begin rebuilding momentum.

Branding

I worked closely with the client to define the brand’s audience, personality, and long-term direction before rebuilding the website from the ground up. I'm also working closely to advise the owner on how to do her own social media work.

Web

Alongside the site redesign, I built up the SEO performance for visibility, created a Google Business Profile, and optimized the site while making it look beautiful.

Creative Assets

I created updated business cards, promotional material for in-person advertising, and a full banner for conventions. I was there to help organize and support an in-person convention booth to help reintroduce the brand to customers.

Results

Since launching the new website, sales have increased by an average of 44% month over month. The updated branding has helped create consistency across the company’s growing social media presence, while the improved web foundation has made the business easier to find online. This remains an ongoing project as the brand continues to expand.
