Terra View operates in a highly competitive market while also competing online against similarly named businesses. The goal was to improve visibility, strengthen the website’s performance, and generate more qualified local traffic without relying on a large advertising budget.

I found our company to be paying $300 a month on Zillow for a pitiful amount of views and 0 leads. I proposed a plan to run a Google Ads budget of $1.80 a day and traffic has exploded.
Creative Assets
I created updated graphics and lot maps to better present available properties. I was able to perform some neat tricks in photoshop to place renderings of the property onto the yet to be developed lot.
SEO Optimization
I optimized core site performance by correcting oversized media, improving foundational web structure, and refining on-site SEO elements.
Results
Google Ad performance runs over 100 views a day from Google Ads all in Idaho with an average CTR of 12%.
